
About Ken Zahn CFP®, CRPC® ChFC®
Kenneth J. Zahn’s career as a financial planner spans over thirty years. During this time, he has been involved in fee-based planning as well as management of a variety of insurance and investment products for individuals, small businesses, and professionals.
Ken earned two degrees from Purdue University, BS Electrical Engineering and BS Industrial Management. After working ten years in engineering sales and management, he entered the financial service industry.
Ken served as an adjunct faculty member for the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, from 1986 through 2001. He has taught the Certified Financial Planner educational courses as well as various courses nationally through the National Institute of Finance. In addition, Ken has conducted intensive reviews for the ten-hour comprehensive exam of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. since 1995.
Ken was an original founding officer of the Tampa Bay Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners in the early 1980s. Today, he is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Tampa Bay. Since 1990, Ken has developed continuing education courses for insurance agents and financial planners.
Ken has served as an NASD arbitrator and an expert witness for both the plaintiff and defendant in financial planning cases. Ken is a member of FPA and NAPFA.

Jean-Pierre Bado currently serves as a Vice President with The Citi Private Bank Law Firm Group. JP’s experience includes 6 years in financial services and 14 years leading teams.
Prior to joining The Citi Private Bank in 2005, JP spent two years with Citibank, North America as an analyst, sales team manager, and M&A project manager. JP also led various units during his military service in Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Republic of Macedonia, and Germany.
JP grew up on Long Island, NY and holds a B.S. in Psychology from the United States Military Academy and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami. In addition, JP is a Registered Representative, a CFP® professional who also speaks fluent Spanish, conversational French.
He is a member of the University of Miami Citizens’ Board, does extensive pro-bono work through the Financial Planning Association of Miami-Dade, and supports the Injured Officers’ Assistance Fund of Miami-Dade as well as other not-for-profit organizations.

Dean presently serves as Director and Trust Consultant for the UBS Trust Company in the Atlantic Region. Dean specializes in primarily serving high net worth individuals and families and has joined UBS from Wachovia Wealth Management where he was a Sr. Trust and Investment Advisor for over 10 years. Dean works closely with his clients to develop, refine and implement their wealth and estate planning strategies in four major areas. Creating and Growing their Wealth, Protecting and Preserving their Wealth, Planning for the distribution of wealth during their lifetime in the most tax advantageous way, Planning for the distribution of wealth at death in the most tax advantageous way.
Dean brings to his position more than 15 years of Trust and Investment experience. He is a graduate of the Western Carolina University with a B.S.B.A in Finance and Economics and he holds a Master of Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Dean has a CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) designation and is a CFP®. Dean is a member of FPA Orlando.

Bart has over 8,000 hrs of teaching in the live classroom for financial exam prep and related material. Over 4,000 hrs of this is related to the CFP(r) exam prep. Mr. Brewer has been teaching Live Review continuously since the November 2002 exam cycle, mostly in California and Texas. Class sizes have varied from a few to 100+.
Professionally, Bart holds CFP(r), CFA(r), EA, CLU, and ChFC designations along with Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63, and Life and Health Insurance registrations. He has been a financial professional for 31 years and has his own financial advisory practice in Santa Monica, CA. He also serves as a member of the FINRA Board of Arbitrators.
Bart graduated with an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and was named an Edward Tuck Scholar (Top 10% of the class) after his first year by the faculty.

In her thirty-year career as a financial educator, Carla Gordon, CFP®, MSFS has enabled thousands of candidates to pass rigorous licensing and designation examinations including the Certified Financial Planner (CFP® ) Examination. As an exam instructor, Carla is known for her ability to simplify complex concepts as well as for her humor. Gordon also provides private exam coaching services. Her exam preparation philosophy combines confidence building and test taking skills along with intensive technical preparation.
Gordon is the author of over twenty-five books and courses covering financial topics. She has developed and now presents five continuing education courses in personal financial planning for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and has consulted extensively for its Examinations Division for which she has written thousands of test questions. Ms. Gordon presents a menu of over twenty continuing education classes for the financial services.
Ms. Gordon has designed and delivered numerous workshops enabling individuals to master skills on the financial function calculator. Her calculator training materials have been featured at De Paul University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, as well as New York University.

Jonathan Harper is a Financial Advisor with Ledford Financial, an independent Wealth Management and Financial Consulting firm located in downtown Orlando. Jonathan provides his clients with active wealth management for both retirement and non-retirement accounts, comprehensive financial plans and assists with their needs from estate planning and retirement income to college planning and insurances.
He will be the instructor for the University of North Florida-Jacksonville CFP Board Registered Education Program.
Continuously developing and maintaining the client relationship and overall financial well being of his clientele, Jonathan focuses on a client-centered business, working for and with his clients. A lifetime native to Central Florida, Jonathan was born and raised in Longwood, currently residing in Winter Park. Jonathan is an avid runner and cyclist, and also enjoys playing golf, tennis or reading a great book. Most importantly, Jonathan loves spending quality time with family, friends, and the love of his life, Cindy.

Tim has lived in Central Florida all of his life. He obtained a BS in Marketing from UCF. Tim also received his Financial Planning Certificate from the UCF Center for Financial Planning. He took the Zahn Live review which prepared him for the November 2005 CFP Board’s national comprehensive Exam. He currently holds his Series 7, 24, and 66 securities licenses as well as a 2-15 insurance license in the state of Florida. Tim is licensed for securities and insurance in various States across the country. He has owned and operated a financial planning firm located in Maitland Florida since 2004 with divisions concentrating in financial planning, Group benefits, individual insurance, and Property and Casualty Insurance.
Tim is currently an Active member of CFAHU, Central Florida Association of Health Underwriters, for which he served on the Board for the 2005 – 2006 Fiscal year. Tim is also currently and Active member of the Central Florida chapter of FPA. Tim has worked with Orange County Public Schools as a Partner in Education, for the since 2006. He is also actively involved with UCF as a partner in education with the College of Education. Tim has been an Advisor to the Voight Family Foundation, which was set up to Issue Scholarships to those Students seeking degrees in Culinary Arts as well as Hospitality Management at UCF or the Orlando Culinary Academy.
Tim is married with one daughter. In his spare time he is umpires college and high school baseball, as well as enjoys the occasional round of golf.

About Andrew Mullins CFP®
A native of West Point, Ga., Andy Mullins received his degree in Communication from the University of Alabama in 1992. After spending 6 years working with a large, national non-profit organization, he went back to school at Florida State University to receive his Master's degree in International Affairs. Andy has been working in the Financial Services industry since 2001 and has extensive experience in Financial Planning, Banking, and Employee Benefits. He received his CFP Designation in 2005 and is currently a Financial Planner with Enhanced Financial Services in Tallahassee, Florida. Andy and his wife, Susan, have four children and live in Tallahassee, FL.
